A great day in paradise!

Another beautiful, sunny day in Phoenix and our swimmers made the most of it with a four hour practice in the heat of the day.  On hour of dryland with Grant followed by a 3-hour swim.  Despite the tough 7,000 meter practice all the swimmers swam fantastic and showed all the coaches that they were here to train hard.
The tough work was rewarded with a trip to the Scotsdale mall where the work was a little less strenuous.  Finally, to finish off the day we had a group BBQ at the hotel.  Thanks to Grant for his great BBQ skills but sorry to the hotel for almost burning down the BBQ area.  We'll see how Grant's eyebrows look in the morning.
We have our first early morning practice tomorrow at 7am and it will continue that way for the rest of the week.
